  • Current US Shipping prices: Updated 7/10/10 - Free US shipping. The store will be closed July 3-11 for vacation and a business trip. Any order placed after 11:59pm on Friday, July 2nd, will ship on Monday, July 12th. I usually ship through Paypal so please make sure the address on file with Paypal is the correct address.


  • International
  • I will have international shipping soon. In the meantime, please choose standard shipping and place your order. I will then contact you to let you know the additional shipping charge you will need to submit for me to send your order. If the shipping price is too high for you, you are welcome cancel your order and I will refund your payment. I would like this process to take less than 48 hours from the time I receive your order until the time I ship so we will want to communicate quickly. If I am offering free US shipping, you will be charged the additional charge only, not exact shipping. I cannot ship bumGenius, Flip, and Econobum products outside the US. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.   • Suburban Tree Hugger, LLC is strictly a retailer. The warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and then sometime vary by specific products under each manufacturer. I will do my best to link up the proper information for each company here however please know that everything is subject to change at anytime potentially making this information inaccurate.


  • Return Policy
  • A general rule of thumb is this - if I cannot sell it to another person after you return it, a refund will not be given. If you order a product and then decide that you need a different size, you will be responsible for paying to have the original item shipped back to me and then will be charged shipping on the exchange as well. I do not have a physical store so please know that this applies to local residents as well. If you are not sure what size to order, please email me first telling me your child's specific body type and measurements. These include, but are not limited to, disposable diaper inserts, disposable wipes, and disposable cloth diaper liners. Even if you just use one, you cannot return the rest of the package. I would suggest you list the opened package on craigslist.org. I have sold opened packaged of disposable diapers on craigslist before. Cloth diaper that have been washed may not be returned. Items sold in a sealed package may not be returned if opened. Please ask first if you have any questions.

  • This is an online store. Most of the work is done at odd hours of the day - while a child taking a homeschool test, during their lunch, in the car waiting for a kid to finish soccer practice, etc. Please feel to call the following number during reasonable EST hours.   • Coupons & Sales *Coupon codes do not apply to bumGenius/Flip/Econobum products unless specifically noted. I can accept certain manufacturer coupons. Please contact me with your request. Generally, you will be given a code to use and my address to mail your coupons in. Depending on the situation, I may ship the items to you with a SASE or request you send the coupons first.
